The Physical Education faculty at Canberra College offers students a diverse range of opportunities to study at the tertiary level in Exercise Science, Health and Wellbeing, Sports Development and Outdoor Education, as well as at the accredited level for these courses plus Physical Education.

Students are encouraged to pursue excellence in their chosen sport. Some of our students have gone on to represent Australia, including Australian U18 2019 Decathlon champion and South Canberra-Tuggeranong athlete Colby Eddowes and Erin Walters who competed at the Paralympics in 2012.All students are encouraged to embrace sporting opportunities through participation in a wide range of sports on offer throughout the year.

The Physical Education faculty celebrates diversity and caters for all students including international students and also offers female student's body fit classes.

Outdoor Education provides opportunities for students to participate in a wide range of activities in diverse environments, including snow, surf, ocean and bush.
